Yeah, he is hybanks2000, and he is also "i will 13urn".
Linked together by Photobucket accounts.
"i will 13urn" has the same IP as 4 other members. Although i was not told their names as the mod was unsure if it was leaking.

Well lets put it this way.
If it turns out "i will 13urn" has a banned account on its IP.
It means you will be permed as your accounts are linked by photobucket accounts. Which is solid enough proof of ownership.

Right now im pretty confused.
