I only know of one other, and i'd be in the reserves if it wasn't for my shoulder.

Re: Owain Jones!!
Yea i've got a year left then have no clue what i'm doing. Taking all the courses I can to keep my options open, thinking engineering, medicine, or something military related. I've got the marks to get into most programs and everything is paid for, I'm just not sure where to go.
btw, caffeine is actually bad for your muscle development and most of those creatine based drinks have it. It's much better to get creatine pure, as you can cut out the crap, and bring the price down to less than 5$ a month. I went from 125-180 pounds in a year off creatine, tripled my weights in most muscle groups.

ooh damn...didn't actually know caffeine was bad for ya, I guess you learn something new everyday haha. but I took this monohydrate creatine back at home (don't remember the name) and it gave me this crazy cough after I took it. The cough was like I had mucus in my lungs or something haha, maybe because I was just taking it straight from the little cup then drinking the proper amount of water. I hate mixxing supplements in water because alot of ends up at the bottom of the cup lol.
Thanks for the site Ill check it out now actually
btw...good call on the caffeine haha. naNO Vapor has 117mg per scoop

Re: Owain Jones!!
lol. Creatine monohydrate MUST be mixed with something sugary, or else the taste is unbarable.
Simple use a thing of crystal lite, or half a litre of milk with every 5 gram scoop.

Haha it really wasn't that bad to taste, I would just take a scoop in my mouth then drink water to wash it down. Of course I would finish the rest of the water, the first time I ever took it I didn't feel the need to drink alot of water. . .bad news got very dehydrated.
You know anything about Lipo-6 black? My friend wanted me to pick it up for him when I went to the Px. Its some sort of crazy fat burner he said, doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
EDIT: Nice gains by the way...god damn lol. You must have been hitting the gym hard. Were you taking any sort of whey at the time?

bsn true mass, adds about 1000 calories a day. I also took superpump 250 to begin with as it is by far the best creatine mix. I take pure creatine monohydrate since it's a lot cheaper, but I find superpump I can last hours upon hours in the gym.
I wouldn't recommend fat burners, as fat is potential muscle and energy. No product can give you the same results as hard work and dedication.

Mmmm...Common misconseption =p. Fat cannot be turned into muscle, fat is burned wile working on muscle. Alot of people think that too, I did for the longest time. I guess because as you work out you lose fat and your muscles get bigger and replaces it.
But I do agree with you with the hard work and dedication. I cant wait for tuesday, I actually get to start going to the gym again. In basic we couldn't go, and in airborne school I was always too sore and tired too haha
