What are you opinions on HAARP? For those who don't understand it, people believe governments can control Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Heatwaves Drought etc.
What exactly is that video or the website supposed to demonstrate? All it shows is some clouds that appear to be slightly coloured, and purports to be proof that was the cause of the earthquake? There are plenty of possible explanations for the 'coloured clouds', the first of which that comes to mind is the extreme pollution in Sichuan province. There is absolutely no evidence other than ludicrous pseudoscience that that was the cause of the earthquake.
And besides, what possible reason is there for a government to spend billions developing a technology to kill their own citizens, or those of other countries?
And the natural disasters you listed (Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Heatwaves Drought) have absolutely no relation to one another and in the case of earthquakes there is no possible way they could be influenced by the nonsense you have posted.
If you're going to post something like this feel free, but atleast try to explain it more than by posting a youtube video and a link.

You are simply appealing to authority here. There is plenty of thoroughly unproven 'studies' on pseudoscience of this nature, and you have still failed to propose any explanation of how this supposed technology actually causes these disasters, or why supposed coloured clouds are evidence of it's existence.
Actually, before you go on talking about how you think you know everything, Russia did not admit it being a missile test. Why would they say "Oh yeah we just decided to fire a missile over the Norway skies now we are telling everyone".
Sure there are conspiracies that it was a missile, but I don't think it was in this picture you can clearly see a blue beam coming from a spot on the hill.
Also, I am in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and I have recently returned from 6 months in Afghanistan.
Our crew fired missiles on a regular basis during night, and let me tell you they did NOT have a reaction like that.

That also has no proof? What a bunch media sites confirming it? The media is full of shit. Missiles do not spin like that, trust me. Also, if it was a missile the gases would NOT disappear that fast, they would fade away slowly. For example if you spray some deodorant that stays in the air for a long period of time then will go away, this spun in a perfect pattern for over 10 minutes, then got smaller and then it completed disappeared without a trace of the gases going anywhere.
To your other post, that's the thing I also don't get. Why on earth are the colorful clouds there then in the first place? What is the chance of the earthquake happening on one of there biggest military bases? As you can see from this image:
There is only one tectonic plate running through China, which I believe is no where near the military base.
You obviously know nothing about plate tectonics. I haven't checked but I would bet a considerable sum of money that the area the earthquake occurred in lies on or very near to a fault line.
And in regards to the Norwegian sky, just drop it. Search the archives of any newspaper you like, or quite possibly the Russian government, and you will find the same result. What possible reason could the Russians have of pretending to have launched a failed missile?
And also, since the HAARP site explains nothing, could you possibly explain how coloured clouds affect earthquakes?
