Another EPIC fail from Usfine.com, Twice so far ?

The day I accept the refund, they say they have the in game money .

This is a log in a way, and a post to ward off people from using them.

I've added another persons experiance because I think it's BULLSHIT.

After a lot of help, it's been sort of settled, I'd like to see how it works out in 3 days.



Ok well to start this second fail off...
I bought 10k WoW gold from them, and they couldn't deliver it.
So I payed the difference to increase it to 600m mesos.
They were over a week late and now say this...
Since the price went up, you only get 400m because it costs more
Even though THEY were a week late on delivering, and my order CLEARLY states 600m.
They are giving less, because they could not deliver it in the agreed time, and because they were a week late.


tl;dr
Order clearly states 600m, they lower it to 400m because price went up, a week after delivery, because they could not deliver it in that week.













Any comments ? Any simluar stories ?

actually its a contest they sell like 2 aweek at that price and its first come first serve I won one and now there farming the gold on my account for the santa

btw I completely side with you on this situation If usfine offers you a price when you buy it thats how much you paid for it and you should get the ordered goods. It doesn't matter what the price changed to.If Usfine think they can get away with this there wrong. I recommend showing this to sythe himself. It shows there a fraudulent site. If someone did this on sythe they would be banned or forced to send the right amount of goods. I think advertisers should be treated the same why advertise for a fraudulent site?

If sythe doesn't do anything about this make a signature saying Usfine scams! (link to this thread) and tell others to put it in there sig to show support for either you getting your gold/refund or maybe a removal of them as an advertisement

 

I never buy from USFine. They abuse the countries that they enter and then end up taking/tricking players out of their accounts and currency. You should never be charged that much for in game money just to be told that your order cannot be completed.
And OP, this is considered fraud. If you were to take them to court(assuming you payed over $250) you would win a settlement without any problems. I would love to see a site like this be forced to close.

 

Just fail, no respect to the customer at all LOL. It's like fuck you, your getting 400m or you get nothing.

 

Matthew, you are exactly right. I don't even see why Sythe allows sites like this to post ads. They deter from true sellers in our forums to fraudulent companies with the sole intention of taking your money. I hate to target all major companies, but it seems that the majority are like this.
Sythe needs to stand up and fight these sites.

 

Gold4Rs has been quite decent , USfine's always been late on orders, argues with you, threatens to get your account banned if you ask for a refund etc.

 

I can't really say I have a problem with Gold4RS except for their seven day waiting period. I prefer to have my money when I transfer the account though.

 

You should use gameusd.com. You buy the gold, if you choose the 1-3Hr, you will get a message on the website saying a farmer is contacting you. You trade the gold, click money received, done.

So much easier and safer. Instant gold.

 

Do they have maplestory as well ? My friend constantly needs that and gets me to pay with my paypal and he pays me IRL ?

I read the entire conversation, this is truly pathetic. It's such a contradiction that Sythe allows them to advertise on the site, then if somebody did this on the site, be instant ban. I'm not sure why usfine still gets business. I'd still always prefer rsorder.com if I wasn't buying from Sythe. Good luck with what ever pkkid. I would honestly demand a refund and go to a different site. It's not worth effort. Good luck though. =]

The only way to actually get any true help from them is to message all the people they have via msn, and their live chat, and create a thread on a forum they use to advertise on .
Usfine_aloe is the only person who actually is helpful, but other then her the rest of the site lies, threatens to ban you if you ask for a simple REFUND, says they have stock then they don't when you order etc.
It's a bullshit system.


Talked to you , after over 15 convos this week about my order , one 3 - 5 hour one today, and a whole thread and messaging all of your support, I finally get the mesos in 2 -3 days. After a week of waiting too.

 

We have Compromised.The result will come out in 3 days
