A picture of a wealty account isn't prove. You rather can show your appeal and Jagex response, ofcourse sensor your words then. If you show you unbanned multiple accounts using this method, you'll sell the guide like hot ...... Lol I forgot the expression in English. [Dumb Dutch people:embar: ]

What makes this method better than any other recovery method?
Is it just common sense, or information you find on the net?
Are there any requirements, for both the account and/or recoverer?

This is a recovery guide not an unbanning guide.

It involves recovering your account!

In order to successfully recover accounts, like I and many others have done in the past you need to answer the questions in a specific way, and make sure you do certain things before you actually send the recovery.

It's a mixture of common sense and social engineering with Jagex, and it's much more likely to get this accepted than it is with any other method you use.

The only requirement is having the name of the account you want to recover.

 

Is it a 100% chance you'll get the account?
How old does the account have to be?

 

No it's not 100%...it just tells you HOW to use common knowledge and apply it to this situation, and it most cases it helps out a lot. It tells you the techniques you should use to gather information and how to use that information.

And to recover accounts with rares I recommend accounts from 2001-2005, there is also a list of 15000+ usernames provided with the guide from 2001-2002.
