What I want:

Any account that is 126 combat without Summoning, the bank can be empty, it can be f2p, I do not mind, I just want a 126.

Might accept an account with Turmoil, bank doesn't matter, must be P2p though.

Rules:
You can go first, I am not going first to anyone on this site.

We can use an MM/OMM, I am more then glad to use one, if we use an OMM, you are paying for it, regular MM's will be hand picked by me.

Highly doubt I'll do an 50/50, but I wouldn't go first in it.

Note: I am not forcing you to do anything, MM/OMM's are always an option if you do not trust me.
