Selling Low combat with 600m+

Sorry this is the second time I am posting this beacuase i took it down for a serious offer that didn't work and i got scammed. I have everything back and under control now and have the pass. I don't think this account would be appropiate on the low level combat beacause how much money it has on it. It has a white phat that is 3 bil street one of the most rare and costly things in runescape. After what happened and how i got scammed i am not willing to go first. Please do not post if you are not willing to go first or pay a Official middle man. I am not willing to pay one but if you are to make the transaction more smoothly then go a head. BUT REPEAT I AM NOT WILLING TO GO FIRST DO NOT POST IF YOU WANT ME TO GO FIRST. I am looking for around 650-1000 dollars for the account. I will not show you the skills but i think like the highest level is like 44. If you get the account or you want another account to have the level go up. I can do any combat skills really fast. Like 1-99 def really quick.

cb lvl is like 44 but some people like to keep it that low beacause it is a really aweseme to have 600m plus at lvl 44
