He already had TWC

Bought a xfer method of him
i did ask him before we traded is it the trade limit one where you can mass trade and send max trade limit every 2 seconds
HE said no

So i payed him $5
And he gave me that method
i said its patched and you did say it before
and he said - Ask jagex nicely to unpatch it <-- nerd
