For people who attend a college in the U.S., or live within 15 minutes of a college campus, this is the guide for you!

    • 1. Go to campusfood.com and see if you live in a supported area. Over 300 colleges are supported and if your college isn't covered, let them know!

    • 2. Sign up for a free account. In the example, I chose NYU as my school

    • 3. If you have facebook, look for the application called "food friendzy" and add it. It's a simple little game you play daily where you flip tiles and earn points. You can win a coupon every day for money off your order depending on how many points you get (it's all random, so some days are good, some are bad). Also, each coupon is good for 3 days and you can't combine coupons. The only requirement to use the app is to have a birthday that shows that you're 18 or older, don't worry about joining a college network or anything. (They shut down the app every summer, but in a few weeks it will be back and running as colleges start up for the fall)

    • 4. Play food friendzy every day. It takes about 2 minutes and it's well worth the savings. You can get a $3 or better every week easily, which is about how often I order a pizza. Another note, if you've made an order with campusfood in the past week, you get a $1 coupon, which you can combine with your facebook coupons, good on any order. The best coupon you can get is $8, so some weeks I wind up saving $9 on food. I'll post a pic of the game when it's running again

    • 5. If you want to save even more, check out their ways to earn campusfood cash. The offers are run through this thing called offerpal (you might have seen stuff similar to this on survey sites, etc.) and most of them are bad. Some though, require just installing a facebook app or downloading realplayer (you can delete it after you get the free money). Just look for the ones marked free and ignore anything that has the word "survey" or anything involving a cell phone or credit card

Some restaurants offer like 10% off if you order through campusfood, but there's also a $.75-$1.00 charge for using their site. You can offset that with the $1.00 loyalty coupon that you get from having ordered from them before though, so it may still be worth it, and it's a convenient way to look at a lot of restaurants' menus at once. You can still do their free offers and get savings that way

In short, using campusfood.com in conjunction with their facebook app "food friendzy" can save you $4 or more on food purchases from restaurants in your area. It's not a lot, but for a college student who gets a pizza or subs a couple times a month, it's a good way to save some money on expenses

Good guide video, good use of colours and pictures. The only thing is that on the last picture, you've scribbled out everything you don't want, you could of just highlighted the one you want. Not bad guide, and this is a good way to save money and would help a lot of people. I wish it could be used in England though. :p

Decent guide with an unfamiliar topic but ultimately this is a guide on how to use a PTS site (pay-to-survey) such as gaminglagoon, *********, etc. Which is pretty well known to the community on how to use. It would be better if rather than just explaining how to work the site, you explain tips and tricks to increase your money to save more then it would make your guide a lot better. However, it's still a well written guide nonetheless.
