    Dispute #1

I was banned off the report of this person: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=868210

I'm basically going to number all the things he said and prove that he has rather wrong.

    1) A) "His name on sythe is Eric L and he is scamming. he posted on my thread and deleted it..and it didnt say anything under his vouches now it says "i have an impersonator E A L [email protected] with the exact email he used"

    B) I did post on his thread, however, I deleted afterwards because we decided NOT to trade. As you can ask Spyike himself, he has told me to stop deleting my posts, because I used to bump my own thread and delete my post, I rather have OCD with keeping threads clean, lol. Anyways, we decided not to trade therefore, I deleted my thread - If you don't believe me about the Spyike issue, I still have the PM saved in my inbox, I believe.

    2) A) "how would he know he has an impersonator when he has no background from an impersonator? this guy is using 2 msn accounts to scam people."

    B) How would I know I had an impersonator? I was scrolling to the bottom to see if any staff members were on, as usual and I see the Report a Scammer section and obviously, my name was the first thread shown up. I viewed it, and he provided the MSN address as "[email protected]." I'm sorry, is he blind or does my account's MSN category specifically show [email protected]? I don't know how he randomly blames me for this?

    3) A) "LOOK WHAT HE POSTED LAST ON MY thread if possible..he told me he couldnt pm me on sythe..but he can post about it. then he took it off."

    B) Same as number one.

    4) A) All the screenshots

    B) Look at the e-mail above, clearly says "[email protected]"

    5) Now, let's say I did scam, which I say otherwise. I posted an ENTIRE topic about it in the Spam Forum. Uhh...??? If I was impersonating myself, wouldn't I keep it on the down low so I can have less people know about this "impersonator" and so I could scam more people? Yes, instead...I post an entire thread about it in the Spam Forum explaining what is happening as I was consulting Guide4RS. Not to mention, I also added the impersonator e-mail to my signature so people are aware of him.

    6) Take a look at this: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=6773544&postcount=6

I'm Sleeping was my quester on my zerker. He blatantly stated that, that was NOT how I speak on MSN and that infact, that was NOT my MSN either...

    7) Moments before this incident, I completed a successful trade with Own J00 for a $23 traded, which involved my skiller for the $23 via PayPal. We both vouched everything, and all went well, not to mention he went first to me. If I was scamming, wouldn't I of scammed him as well? Seeing as this incident happened an hour or so after our transaction...

    8) Most important of all...

Alright, now...heres where I believe the staff made a big mistake on, well, not the staff, but, mainly the person who was the judge and the person who decided to ban me.

Please, take a look at the scamming report Guide4RS made against me (Link is provided at the top of the dispute). ALL the report shows is a complete conversation of what happened ON MSN. It never showed anything in RuneScape during the trade, any forum speaking, or ANYTHING. Not to mention, the MSN was obviously NOT mines seeing as my Sythe account had another e-mail registered to it. Shouldn't this be considered as insufficient proof? Especially since nothing matches up?

I was banned solely for the fact that my post had been deleted by me, which I had stated the reasoning as to why on number one, part B and I can full provide proof if needed to. Yes, this may seem suspicious, however, I have proof to show you otherwise.

I would please like the staff to think about this ban completely before setting a final decision, as I deserve the staff had made a mistake in the banning of my Sythe account. I mean...I was even going to sell 62M RuneScape GP for $1.50/M for a grand total of $93 and I chose Tyr0, the Global Moderator, to MM the trade...honestly? If I was a scammer, I'd avoid any MM's and scam an entire $93 rather than measly pixels that can be replaced or earned within a days work or less.

Please, take this into consideration, and I do not mind one bit talking with a moderator on MSN to help resolve this case. Please don't ignore this, I want to join the community.

I'm trying to come as clean as possible and making this be dealt with ease.

Thank you for your time, and I hope this problem will be overlooked.

    PS - I apologize for any typo's.

    Sincerely,

    Eric L.

Do you have any pictures of your msn convo with the other user to prove that you decided not to trade? Or any evidence such as that? As far as I can see, you posted on his thread to verify, 20 minutes into the hour, scammed, logged off, and deleted your post. As you can see on the msn logs, 30 minutes into the hour was the last message received, which is right about the time you deleted your post.

It's hard to play that off as a coincidence. Is it just me? Need another mods opinion.
