After reading over the guide, it should help a pretty good deal when sniping items. Don't expect a detailed guide on what sniping is etc. This guide states how to snipe the items you want.

I found this by simply typing "runescape ge sniping guide" on Google. I think Yogi just thinks there's not much more to sniping than that, getting your offers in right after an upate. But if there is, I may be interested.
