Reason for Reporting: Recovering back account he sold.

What happened: I bought an account off him for 4 dollars because he agreed instead of 5 dollars. So i get the account and everything and he says its his only password and it never had an email. I put recoveries on it and email after i have purchased the account. Then I bought a pin off of someone else to activate it on the account I just bought. Later he goes on ranting about him not being able to "spend or receive" money because he reached his "limit". So that was when I was suspicious of him scamming me because he couldn't use the money. Next day, I tried to log in but it didn't work. That was when he recovered his account back.
