My IP's are different. Why am I perm banned?

I don't give a shit whether or not it's in the same location or not, because I know for a fact that your "IP finder" thing, doesn't go directly to my house, and it's in an area such as my county, or even city. I'm not Plundy, and this is a wrongful ban, and I am sure to be unbanned, as I will be contacting Pen on the matter. It's pathetic how desperate you people are to find a culprit, that you start blaming random people. Get off my case and leave me alone.

Also, ban Syed and that other kid then as you were saying there IP strings matched. Maybe me and this Plundy kid are on the same "VPN" or whatever you call it. Get out of her with your insignificant proof and come back at me when you've some real shit. Until then, I will be contacting Pen to investigate in to this bullshit.
