iLevel is a scammer.

Well originally was holding out on this hoping he'd eventually pay but once I saw another report on him scamming decided to post this.

Story behind this is:

Ordered 1000 zeals for 95 prayer on my main account, had like 40m cash on it at the time. Talked to this guy about it, he said it'd take 11 days. I knew it was fishy since Tiger9110's legit zeal service said 26, but I thought he just miscalculated or wasn't thinking. Paid him my 30, then in two days I logged in with 25m junk on the account. All crashing. I unfortunately didn't take a screenshot of the transaction or the junk, but I paid h1j2q3 to buy the junk so I think he can verify that I did indeed have crashing junk on my account.


Asked for a partial 1/2 refund. He said he spent the money already and had none in his paypal. Waited 3 weeks, asked again. (This is what the photos are from) Then asked a week later with no response.

I know my proof isn't that great, but combined with the fact that there's another report open I think that should be enough to ban this kid.
