A few questions to Staff

I know I am not being unbanned, however, I do wish to ask the following questions to here your responses.

1) If chat logs cannot be used as evidence, as stated in stickies and in the rules, why were they used against me, let alone edited ones? I believe the next analogy may help some of the staff understand as most seem to be confused.

There are rules in the United States that make the legal drinking age 21. This is a LAW and all are supposed to follow it. Now, if Jose goes and tells the police Juan has alcohol and has been drinking it, and Juan is under 21, the police will most likely investigate the matter. However, they do not throw Juan in jail or arrest him without viable PROOF or evidence that could be used in court to prove him guilty..Arresting Juan without proof actually enables Juan to sue the prosecutor and or government (if you are a non-resident). Now..this is simply an analogy to give you a better understand of my first question...

2) Although the MSN used in the Chat log was an older MSN of mine, why was I banned instantly off of that MSN chat log when I had not used that MSN in months(contacts full), and there was no proof linking that msn to me(although I admit that MSN is mine)? If staff "thoroughly" investigated the matter, why was this not brought into question..I was never asked if this was my msn. Although the MSN is irrelevant to the ban, I would like to know how "thorough" you really "reviewed" the evidence...

3) Why do you trust a BANNED sythe users chat logs which happen to be edited, over a user who has been active in the community for three years? I am not saying I have more jurisdiction then any member, however, when chat logs which are not even evidence(according to rules), why is someone with a scamming background trusted over me? Since you claim they are not edited..which is complete shenanigans...Why does his voice have an advantage over mine when the evidence does not prove what I had said. Chat log are not counted for a reason, that being the easy ability to edit -.-
I do not see how his story, especially considering his shady past, is believed over mine. Not to mention, I do not see why I would recover a Runescape account I sold for $40 when there have been others sold by me for $400+...You claim to state I was the original owner, however, the only evidence shown is edited chat logs, which are not allowed.. If this seemed to pose such a huge problem IN THE BEGINNING, why was I not contacted immediately regarding the issue to handle the situation (look into the account, possible refund..?) Why is the "proof" arising at a much later time?

4) Why were multiple requests and disputes archived without responses, and why is Pen the only one who seems to respond and archive the threads?

5) Why WERE threads created by members in the community( gohanforever, plznate, syed, and others) regarding me and or my dispute ignored. It states that you may have someone post on your behalf..?


I would appreciate if more than one staff member would take the time to answer these honestly as I am quite interested in the responses. I would appreciate it if you did not archive the thread automatically without a response like previous threads. Like I said, I am aware you guys are not letting me back into the community however I would appreciate it if I could receive answers regarding the above questions before leaving.
