scammed by blackkk

Ok, i was sending the user "blackkk" $4.5 for a one month runescape membership pin, as you can see from the evidence blackkk stopped responding to me and did not send me the pin and has not sent me the pin as of yet (it's now 9:37pm GMT+10 and his last message was at 4:14pm GMT+10)

this proves that the msn that i was chatting to was the user blackkk's

What happened during the trade (he stopped responding, sorry if it's blurry, but as you can see just above the place where you type text to be sent, the last message received from him was at 4:14pm GTM+10 and the time i took the last screenshot was at 4:47pm. I then got back from football and tried to make contact again at 8:48 pm but he did not respond)





here again later tonight i made an attempt to make contact but of course to no avail:

lol, too bad sythe has users that think they can get away with trying to scam less active members and leechers, well blackk has another thing coming, if this evidence isn't conclusive enough then let me know, i have a whole video of the trade that i can upload to metacafe or youtube...

UPDATE:

here's an update on the situation, i tried making contact with blackkk again, we talked briefly and he said he sent the pin as an offline message, which i did not revive (obviously because he didn't send it) i've requested for him to send me the same pin he sent as an offline message but he has avoided me again, logged out and then logged back in awhile later, i tired talking to him but after nudging him a few times he made his status as away....here are the screenies of our latests convo, he tries to avoid all of my questions....
