How To Remove Any E-Mail Address From Your Account

This guide will cover how to remove any e-mail address from your account, whether it's yours or someone else's.

HOW TO REMOVE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS

Go to RuneScape's main page and click on Account > Account Management.



Scroll down a little and then click on the 'Email Preferences' button.




Then type in your username and password and log-in.



You will see this at the bottom. Click on it.



You will be re-directed here. Request a new unsubscription code. Check your mail and look for your code. Once you have it, fill in the fields with your e-mail and the code.



Congratulations, you've successfully gotten rid off your e-mail address.



HOW TO REMOVE SOMEONE ELSE'S E-MAIL ADDRESS

Go to RuneScape's main page and then click on Account > Account Management



Scroll down a little and click on the 'Email Registration' button.



Then type in your username and password and log-in.



You will now be re-directed to this page. Leave the 'Your current e-mail address' field blank. Type in the new e-mail address you want registered in the 'Your new e-mail address field'.



Once you've done that, check your mail (in new e-mail address). Click on the 'code submission page' and then proceed to the next step.



Put your new e-mail address and the code you received in the fields.



You will need to wait for 14 days for JaGex to change your e-mail address.
