Mods help decide my course of action

Okay basically I need a mods verdict on this. (I was MM for this trade)

I am basically holding on to the 4.50 atm until a mod casts his verdict.

No real way to come to a conclusion on this. It will say invalid pin if either the pin is made up, or if it's already used. Since the camera started after the pin was given, there's no way to tell who's telling the truth.

In the future have the camera on before the pin is given.
