    Rule on disclaimers.

There are lot of people putting up disclaimers about how they are not responsible for their sale if a certain time has passed. If a sold account gets recovered or retrieved it is still the sellers responsibility to get the account back as you should have all info (assuming it's not a phished account, which are not allowed anyway).

Another rule on disclaimers, you may not say "If you send payments via credit funded paypal, I will not refund you". This is inappropriate, please just refund him and go on with your day. The only time you may not refund these kinds of payments is if the buyer claims that he is not selling it through a credit card funded paypal, and you realize that it was in fact sent from a credit card funded paypal. If you can prove that the buyer was lying, then you may choose to refund or not as the seller may end up in negative balance.
