Another attempt at unban?

Okay, to make this short, I was banned.

The story, You Jew got mod ship and in the first week he went ban crazy, I got caught in the wake. I was selling WoW accounts I got from a Chinese gold farmer, I had probably 50 happy customers (see vouches) and 3 leechers/50 post counters that reported that I "scammed" them. As I had no proof and no way to get their accounts back, You Jew banned me.

Personally I think the ban was dumb, I was a 2 year member, Guru, 55 vouches or so, and I get banned with no proof and my appeals never even made it to the Dispute A Ban forum until a month after I was banned, and then all I got was the "1 Month past ban = No unban."

At least give me the time of day to take a look at what I said, I am sure plenty of members here would vouch for me.

Couldn't find a scam report, and aren't non-Sythe related offenses not to be used in banning people?

Also, if so, the ban on Skillers FTW should be undone.

Jethr0x + Macroman brought theres here, (Announced their use/having of them) Atomic used Sythe members emails to do his phishing.

They were all associated with Sythe.

 

At an administrator's request, we have banned people for phishing non-Sythe users. They have either announced it on MSN or we've found them on another website. Admittedly most users do admit their phishing activities in a post here, but this is not necessary for a ban.

 

As already stated there isn't a scam report and he wasn't really treated fairly so I think we should look into this a bit more.

 

You should have disputed this ban within one month if you though it was unfair.

I don't know the situation because I can't find the scammer report, but in your dispute it seems like you acknowledge that some accounts were recovered, and that you couldn't do anything about it.

Please link your old dispute so I can see if it's within the one month time limit.

The reason we have this rule in place is because mods leave, scammer reports get lost, etc.

Not sure where you guys got the idea that this was not related to Sythe. The impression I am getting is that he was selling the WoW accounts here, which makes the transactions 100% relevant. I also highly doubt anyone banned you for scamming simply because of 3 negative feedback on your thread. There must have been some concrete proof.

But really though, there was no concrete proof, it was You Jew's first week, there were three reports on my thread of me "scamming" along with...a good 40 or so good sales. (+ like 10 good RS Gold sales). You Jew did the whole thing over MSN, you can see in my pms (I think) the pm telling me to get on MSN. (if that actually matters) He didn't believe the fact that I was selling chinese accounts as I wouldn't tell him my source (I didn't want him stealing my business, no offence to him, but I was making good money off of this...) As for concrete evidence...umm...nope, I really don't think there was any...
