NeverFinished = Scammer

Not going to make an introduction, I'm just going to get right to it. Also, I have MUCH MUCH MUCH more chat-logs with him, however, like said in the video, from November 18 - November 20, my computer had crashed and I had lost everything in there. However, I'm pretty sure I have sufficient proof to get him banned from these forums.

Post a 17 minute long video, but, it's not really 17 minutes long. What I mean is...I show a full page of chat-logs, wait a few second, show you the next page. I go at a pretty fast speed around the ending and elsewhere, however, you're supposed to pause it, read it, continue the video.

Summary:

I've recently had Neverfinished do a Fire Cape for me. The first one or two times he passed, after wards, he kept failing. Then again, I've over-paid him and he refuses to at least negotiate with me since I've ended up paying $60 - $70 over what I was supposed to overall in all the capes I've purchased from him. However, the last payment I've paid him was a Soul Wars Authentication ID (Which I'm allowed to give out, don't worry. I have a reseller and own my own little company for selling authentication ID's off the NeXus client just like RSBots.Net, AutoFighter.Org, etc). Anyways, I pay him to what he tells me over MSN, after I pay, he changes the terms around saying that he can't state terms on MSN and that the terms on his thread override anything he says. That's complete BS, that's basically fraud. You can't tell someone you're going to do something, and they pay you for what you say, then later change the rules around. That's fraud, and he thinks he's being legit. Then, after a lot of arguing and such over MSN, it comes to a point that he actually admits to purposely failing my capes and starts to scam. I catch him on another MSN while he blocks me. Now, here's his stupid mentality trick. He was supposed to get me a cape on Thursday, instead, he blocks me on Thursday and unblocks me right when I catch him on another MSN (Lol?). Then, he admits to not willing to do my cape even after I've paid him the authentication ID. And he says he has refunded me and crap, however, you can't refund an authentication ID. Once I give it, you have access to it whether or not. However, keep in mind that me telling him to get on TeamViewer to fix his bots and some other crap we're BS to make him admit more of his crap infested scams. So, don't hold any of that crap against me, please. Also, around the ending, he starts to act like he has forgotten who the hell I am, and thinks like I've never met him. Apparently, he's such a terrible scammer, at the end, you can see I catch him in his failed attempt and he shuts up right after since he knows I caught his ass in grass. I have also given him multiple times and he refuses to complete my cape. We have decided to work it all out together again on the December 21th, 2009, except, he fails my cape again, doesn't compensate me for my loss like he said he would if he fails, makes up BS and adds a moderator and someone else into the chat, ends up not shutting the fuck up for me to explain my story like he promised, and I blocked him + left the conversation. He also admits he purposely failed my cape because he doesn't like me in the second video. And he blames his failure on my gear, but, excuse me, you fuck...you accepted my gear, you promised you would succeed in achieving me a Fire Cape, you said you didn't need the SGS even when I borrowed it for 6 hours and you said you we're going out with your friends and that you could do it without. Don't blame your crap on me when you accepted my gear, dumb-shit.

New evidence has occurred, he decided to get me another Fire Cape, fails, and admits to purposely failing again and doesn't compensate me for my loss like he promised me before we began and blames it on my armor.

From what I can see, this is insufficient proof. Please upload the video so we can stream it. Since you're banned you'll have to contact a mod on MSN.
