Joe Hazley

Looking for a Staff Member to take care of this to prevent future buyers from receiving invalid pins.

I originally found Joe as a CHEAP pin seller. I first started buying one pin from him, then decided to buy bulk from him as he offered CHEAP prices, and seemed legit. At $2.25 a pin at bulk, his prices were unbeatable. I soon started buying larger chunks of pins as $1-1.50 profit per pin is very profitable. On my first payment, for 10 pins, two or three were invalid, which I contacted him about, and he stated he would replace, which he did. I soon purchased more thinking he was a reputable seller, but as I started applying to my own accounts, and selling to others, more and more were invalid or incorrect payment window. This time when contacting about bad pins, he would either not respond or go offline shortly thereafter. I contacted other bulk buyers from him, who stated they had similar problems, but that he replaced the pins. I messaged Joe on forums, but then he stated wisely. "I never sold you 50 pins at once". I never stated he sold me 50 AT ONCE, but clearly as the payments prove you can tell I purchased well OVER 50 pins.

The video was to show that his pins are invalid as well as incorrect payment windows. This was to eliminate any controversy.

I'm sorry for your loss, but just in case you, or anybody else, was wondering, there is no way to check if a pin works without applying it. There is no such thing as "scanning them" or anything. No matter what anybody tells you, the only way to check if a pin is valid is by applying it!

As Skele stated you cant check pins anyway. And no.. I asked you to replace the INVALID and INCORRECT PAYMENT WINDOW pins... Please do not try to make it seem as you were blackmailed as you can clearly see my PM with what I stated. There are enough pictures and evidence from the video to show that this ban was correct, although no staff posted on this thread. Also, the flame you gave me after you were banned isnt enough? Ill be glad to post those if I need to. You stating you are having control of my msn...? Please grow up.
