1. Visa gift cards become invalid after the balance reaches 0. You must pay the fee of $1.00 or so just to receive the code.

2. You don't verify your PayPal that way. Verifying is only via bank

Edit: Kid is a moron, is claiming I scammed him since he cannot get it to work on his paypal.
I gave him exactly what he asked for, a Visa Gift Card, which had actually more than what he
asked for. Had $1.87 on it.

Looking forward to the scam report he is claiming he will post.
