My Ban

"It's not so much the mistake, but the way you acted to try to cover your tracks, and as Giddy said, you only admitted to the deed after you were caught.

And you came clean after;
1) Denying the act multiple times.
2) Zypur was caught bribing someone for you.

Which would obviously point to us having evidence of some sort."

"Covering up my tracks" was just me being in panic mode after I did something stupid. It was impossible for me to think straight with that kind of pressure.

Just because Zypur bribed someone for me doesn't mean I have anything to do with it. I've been friends with Zypur for a long time and all he did was try to help me out although his acts were wrong.

He wanted me to take the rights to it and say that I originally had them, which I didn't do because it felt like I was furthering the lie.

I just wanted it dealt with which is why I admitted to what I did, something I should have done much earlier on.

Surely my integrity as a community member, person and businessman is not in question over this situation. It was a mistake and something I wasn't ever planning on dealing with nor being associated with and I just acted in panic.

It was stupid and I cannot reverse time.

 

You were granted another chance awhile back when you were banned, and you abused that privilege. Faking evidence is a serious offence on Sythe, and undermines the entire system. By letting you back, we would be creating a huge injustice to all those who have been banned for much less. The staff has deliberated over your situation, which is more than most people can say after they've made a dispute. Respect the decision.
