H-Toc for ur uldaur like items, 2/5 t 8.5 doing heroics, 10&25man Ony for iLVL 232-245 gear, and 10man + 25man ToCs are puggable just like the rest. I even pug ToTGGC 10 >.>

Level a hunter in an hour and get the same gear/items he has in that same hour. That is what you are paying for.

It takes about a week to level a hunter using RaF, and then gearing it might take a month at most

Realistically speaking, you're looking at around $200 for one decently geared character.
