    I was supposed to buy 2 pins of his for 15 $. Instead he insisted to go through paypal since he said it would be legit. I then accepted it and he bought me 2 months of credit with his paypal. After about 3 days I got a message from jagex saying the account went into negative credit.

    I could not use my paypal to buy membership for some odd reason they said it wasn't verified and I was so he tried to do it.
