g spoter02, aka WhightKnight and x-safe-x Attempted to scam me

K so I'm trying to buy mills from people on sythe. I had whightnight aka g spoter02 added on my msn and he said "he was trying to help me out" by getting a guy who sells mills to sell me some. I know the guy he brought in, X-S-A-F-E-X is scammer as posted by many people on his gp selling thread yet he was never banned. Anyways, I ask g spoter02 to give me a pm so I know its him for sure so its perfect evidence for the scam report, anyways here it is.
In order to proove that g spoter02 attempted to scam me I need to have X-S-A-F-E-X's ip address and g spoter02's ip address both looked up. If they are the same, g spoter02 just attempted to scam me.





Oh and when I actually tried to buy mils off of X-S-A-F-E-X:

 

That doesn't prove anything?

The IP's do not match, and I don't see how x-s-a-f-e-x refusing to sell you 40m makes him a scammer.
