Mr. Pencil is a scammer (Good Proof)

I wanted to buy a PIN for a RWT method and 1m.
He scammed a RWT method off me:

As you can read, we already said that the xfer would take about 30-60 minutes, but when I told the method he claims that "thought it was gonna take a few mins :S", and then he blocks me. Ban this noob.

 

Can a mod look this?

 

I'm going to deny this report, it doesn't really seem like scamming to me unless that's what he was after. In those few words that you said, you couldn't have revealed some super private method, it was probably common knowledge (note that he also noticed that it would take long).
