Basically I'm going to upload a video of me playing a different song on guitar every so often looking for feedback and constructive criticism. I'm not that great at guitar and I'm looking for ways to better myself, which is why I'm doing this.
Describing the Sky - Big D and the Kids Table Death or Glory - The Clash (acoustic) Take Me Out - Franz Ferdinand Kick him when hes down - The Offspring Self Esteem - The Offspring Knights of Cydonia - Muse (first half) Career Opportunities - The Clash Fuck Authority - Pennywise Dropkick Murphys - Shipping up to Boston Super Massive Black Hole - Muse American Jesus - Bad Religion Spare me the Details - The Offspring Losfer Words - Iron Maiden Million Miles Away - The Offspring Original Prankster - The Offspring Stay Together for the Kids - Blink 182 I recorded a short version of this song, mostly because I really like the intro, there is no backing music, so I'm keeping my own rhythm. Scream Out - The Unseen You Can Never Go Home - The Unseen Killing in the Name - Rage Against the Machine This one was long overdue, a few mistakes and off rhythm moments The Kids Aren't Alright - The Offspring Genocide - The Offspring Gotta Get Away - The Offspring Oi! Oi! Oi! - Cockney Rejects LAPD - The Offspring Dirty Magic - The Offspring So Sad to Say - Mighty Mighty Bosstones Centrefold - [spunge] Unknown Soldier - The Casualties Bass: [spunge] - Break Up The Offspring - Crossroads The Offspring - Get It Right The Offspring - Me and my old lady The Offspring - Nothing from Something As I said, I'm looking for positive feedback and constructive criticism. Thanks!

That's a pretty nice Les Paul you have. I wonder what kind of amp you got. I have a Raven RG20 for my Black Les Paul you see in the picture. Is that an Epiphone or Gibson. Well pretty good playing. Did you learn by ear? I thought that song was payed with a banjo though (which I also play).

Its an Epiphone Les Paul. My amp is a Traynor DG15. I learned most of the song by ear then looked up tabs for parts that I couldn't figure out, and also fixed my hand positions from the tabs. The song is played on the banjo, but I can't play the banjo, but I may learn it some time from my father(My father is a banjo pro, hes been playing for 25+ years, but he plays bluegrass).
Thanks for the feedback! ![]()

Just out of Curiosity who are some of your favorite guitarists. I like John Fogerty, Roger McGuinn, Ian D'Sa, and Don McLean. Mostly old music and some new stuff. Well my dad has like 7 Guitars, and one day I decided I'd take one of his crappy acoustics and just learn to play. Then my dad gets me a Epiphone when I get good enough. I must say your amp gets really good distortion.

Some of my favourite guitarists are Dave Mustaine(Megadeth), Slash(GnR), Noodles(The Offspring), Joe Strummer/Mick Jones(The Clash), Ann/Nancy Wilson(Heart), All of the guitarists from Iron Maiden, Eric Clapton(Cream), Pete Townshend(The Who), and a few others that I can't really think of right now.
Also, I think my amp sounds a bit better on video than in real life, but it is pretty good.

Nicely done the only things I have to say about it are what I said in msn.
What other songs are you planning on doing in the future? |

Probably a few songs by The Offspring, maybe 96 Quite Bitter Beings by CkY when I practice it more. I'll probably post another cover of Killing in the Name as well, I've improved since my last video for that song.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't really consider myself good enough to be in the Dropkicks, but I appreciate the tip.
