I have an ownage lvl 3 skiller. His stats are:

70 wc
70 fm
60 fishing
60 cooking
50 mining
50 smithing (working on it) currently: 25

Ownage features:

NEVER been a member
Only had ONE password ever
NEVER had recoveries
NEVER had bank pin
NO numbers in the name
Sweet skiller name
Has over 500k worth in items on him

Questions:

Should I keep him a lvl 3 skiller? Or should I get him 40 def and 1 all other combat stats so he can wear rune at lvl 17? Let me know what you think.
