Self Explantory Ban - Freshie Firecaper

Context: He stole Drakes account, refused to log off. He was in F2P with 30m of P2P items, so we tried to negotiate a smaller payment to get him off the account.

Unfortunately, he refused, unless his money was paid up front, so has more than likely dropped the items. He replies that "I'm a smart scammer" after he refuses to log off.

Add that to http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=490505, where he offers to use "[email protected]" aka an impostor. I believe he's also ban evading, so go for IP ban if possible.
