Rs Beast- Proof

Well that was my bad, but why are you making me the "scammer" here? It isn't my job to pay it. You should be talking to the whole company.



First off, let me explain what is going on here:

Rs Beast is threatening me that I have scammed her out of 5 dollars. A while back me and Atbuk had a large company. Me and him were the leaders of Sythe Services. We all had the msns (name)@sytheservices.com. We still use them even though we are broken up. We broke up because we were fighting and we each thought we were being greedy:

When we broke up we agreed that we would pay back our own INDIVIDUAL jobs back if we didn't finish.

The one in question was a shared one between Atbuk, a few of our hired workers, and I.

The way our business was run was that ALL the money went through me and Atbuk.

We were each given 5 dollars of the 10 dollar payment.

The first half was done by Atbuk and I. That half was finished.

The last half was supposed to be the other section of workers in our company. I told them to do it, and I know for a fact a few started on it. The money was payed as I saw they were doing it and I went off. As most people know who know me I am ussally not on durring the week except for that 30 minnute period when I just check pms. I can not get on during the week due to demand of school work. I thought it was over and all done.

Atbuk refunded half of the money.

The company jobs are JOINED, all people participate them. They just go through us to make sure no scamming happens. It is not meant where we are each payed half to do it..

Half of her money was payed back. Half was done.

Doesn't matter who did it Rs Beast has no right to make me pay for the other parts when they were done?

He complains I didn't do my part. Which he has absolutely NO idea about. I did, and even if I didn't the jobs are joint. Half was refunded half was done.

For no reason do I owe you anymore.

If anyone's it is the workers responsibilities not me and Atbuks.

1) He thinks it is my responsibility because of this:

It isn't... as explained to him all the money goes through US then is PASSED ON to WORKERS who do parts of the job! Atbuk wanted all of his money so he made sure HE did MOST of it. He did not finish that HALF that Rs Beast said he did. He missed two levels. One of which I got up with my workers.

He got paid half back, the company is joint, doesn't matter from who as long as its from the company. Half was done, half was payed...

Proves nothing, me just getting him to hurry up and GET to it.

Also I do not deny Atbuk didn't do some. He just didn't do it all.

And once again, we always "Split it in our two parts" not us doing it all unless we really wanted to...

It is not my responsiblity?

Its the whole of the companies and Atbuk payed the money that was owed to him. He has no right for more.

I never said I owed you it, at the time we were all friends and I said when I got money sure I would send you some over.

Also I do not say I did the first half. I say I did parts of it.

Once again, the company is JOINT! Not one persons responsibility. Half is the half.

I also did not say Atbuk had to pay it, I said that I do not have to, and it isn't one persons soul responsibility.

Some things to point out, look at the following logs:


Point A- We already start the deal, we are generously doing first even though he has lover 50 vouches less? What intent to scam here.

Point B- Showing I can't be held at the current time period for the trained account, I was told to train someone elses while the others deal with that.

Point C- Rs beast said I could be banned for letting some of my goldfarmer friends from websites do part of it. She even suggested it at one point. (Maybe as a joke, but still). Anyways the company is joint, you pay you get it, done. Doesn't matter who.

I think Rs beast is trying to get more refunded that should be and attempting to possibly team scam me into giving her more? I am not sure
but isn't it against the rules to accuse someone of scamming without proof, attempting to trick them? It is possible he does not know how it works, but I am asumming he isn't that stupid.

If he really does think I am scamming I find this quite a cray assumpstion due to I have done trades with 300 dollars+, 50 vouches, trusted by 2 staff, etc...
Why the hell would I Scam 5 dollars?

You still owe money to Rs Beast. You are the leader of this so called "business" which means you are also responsible for anything that goes wrong.
