    Are you a night owl?

    This is my guide to those that cant sleep at night :)

    This whole guide is stuff my family uses to get a good night sleep :)

    None of these take a prescription and are not costly at all!


    None of these should make you drowsy and you should drift into a natural sleep.


    SLEEP AIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1. Melatonin-
    This is used for people that do alot of work at night and maybe just need to go to sleep 1 night at 12 am but there used to going to sleep at 4 am when works over.
    Basically this is for you if your on a random work schedule

    Were does it come from..-
    melatonin is a hormone in your body that is created by serotonin being un-exposed to light, causes it to change to melatonin

    2. Exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
    I'm sorry to say this, but yes.. exercise before you sleep helps you sleep "harder".

    Routine :) ( 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 jumping jacks and you'll be asleep soon :))

    3.Thinking of a place you want to go.

    All you have to do for this one is lay in your bed and think of a place you really want to go.

    Think of your self laying on the beaches of Jamaica and drinking a martini :)

    4.Tension relieving/progressive muscle relaxation

    This one might take awhile but my mom does it so.. it might work...
    This takes 5 minutes a quiet room (your room..) lol and patience

    Steps-

    Whatcha do is tense up your entire face for 10 seconds then let it go and then relax your face.

    Then you repeat this for every body part you have that you can tense up.
    Enjoy the feeling :)

    I've heard the you shouldn't exercise before you go to sleep as it makes your body more alert (something along those lines :p). Otherwise a decent guide, although not the greatest format and pretty short.

    lawl ty, i dont write long guides seeming as i have adhd and cant payattention very long...

    but i do and wil write alot of short.. guides that people can! learn from.

    this guide is nice, like how you used pics, but im almost certain working out before sleeping WON'T help you sleep, it makes your blood rush and as said above it will makes you more alert etc...
    unfortunatly this guide did NOT help me and my sleeping is off and I'm trying to get it back to normal, but good try 3.5/10 for the effort

    off topic: and orlando_jordan, stop spamming you noob.

    good luck on your future guides though, you have a lot of potential.

    (all I've been trying to do is wake up at like 7 and keep myself awake till 10-11 and I should sleep like a baby but my prob is I never wanna sleep by the time its this late, getting your sleep back on track is hard and theres no best way for everyone, it has to suit your lifestyle)
