    Hello again and welcome to my newest guide about getting strong arms. In this guide, I will explain how to get strong arms, with muscles minimally shown.

    You won't need to work-out alot and these ways are quite easy. To start off, don't use any proteins if you dont want to show ur muscles.

    First move:

    You will need some kind of weights. I use huntels. First off you take the huntels or any weights you have to your hands and use moves like a boxer. Imitate that you hit something with the huntels in your hands. DO NOT USE HEAVY HUNTELS as it will ruin your articulates, I myself use 3,5Kg huntels (3,5Kg each):

    Second move:
    Push-ups, do 5 push-ups then freeze in the middle poze for atleast 10 seconds, then again do 5 push-ups and freeze. Continue this for 5 times.

    Third move:
    "Sit-ups, do like 20 sit-ups then rest.

    Fourth move:
    Pull-ups, do 10-20 pull-ups. Sorry I'm soon moving out so I don't have where to do pull-ups.


    So there we have it, muscles won't grow alot. But your arms will be very strong.

    NOTE: Do not train before going to bed becouse your muscles won't have enough rest and you will just lose energy next day. The best time to train is early in the morning, wake up, do these excercises and take a bath.
    And if talking about proteins, when you use proteins you must excercise every day, if you won't you will grow a belly. Proteins are quite messy, I myself don't use them as my body is 100% natural and I want it to stay that way.

    Lol, good guide.
    A bit basic but if those pictures are really of you you put a lot of effort into making this guide :eek:
    Is huntels another name for dumbbells/weights?

    Actually when you go to bed you are getting rest... the reason why you shouldn't exercise before bed is because it interferes with sleep habits causing insomnia which causes fatigue the next day. If you exercise anyway and it doesn't cause insomnia for you then you can do it whenever.

    And proteins will not necessarily cause you to gain a belly. Proteins are just high in calorie content which can cause you to gain weight if you consume more calories than your body needs. You should be eating proteins every day or else your body has to assemble amino acids from plant matter which isn't healthy as no single plant contains all amino acids. That's why vegetarians have to eat many different vegetables or take supplements. I don't see how proteins are messy lol. I think your confusing protein in general(it's contained in all animal matter) with muscle building supplements/protein shakes.

    Just a few corrections you might want to make =)

    lol this would be very helpful to a friend of mine who i will just call "wayne" for disguise. "wayne" has extremely small muscles and hes really weak and sooky but if i show him this he will benifit greatly!

    These will not Fully make your arms strong...this training is for first time noob work outs...wwold advise doing this only for a few weeks but then things should get heavier different techniques must be used.

    Those are called Dips. You need to be ALOT lower to the ground about maybe... 2 feet up and put your feet out all the way then do them.

    Also add to do sets of those and do Auxiliaries you wont really be stronger in your whole body with out Auxiliaries just because they dont leave your body "Idle".

    Also your doing pushups wrong too... Keep your hands flat, and do more then 10 try to do 15,20,25,30 and do sets of those.

    Look up proper stuff like position at www.bodybuilding.com
