First thing you probably notice about this maxed staker is that it has 10 prayer, adding 2 combat levels. i did this intentionally because whenever someone sees a level 113 at the duel arena they automatically think hes a maxed staker, so the extra 2 combat levels throw people off.
This account comes with a deceivable name so when people look you up in high scores they look up a level 115 main with high 80's combat levels instead of 99's. its pretty easy to do this, just put a capital o in the middle of some numbers so make it look like a 0.
