I am reporting a user by the name of kvatan723 for scamming today. I can say for certain that he has scammed others as well. Here is the reason why:

At first, I saw an ad for his 'skilling service' found here. (He now set it to closed because he doesnt want to get caught.): http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1431726

I talked to him a bit on sythe via PM's to ask him about pricing and such. I asked him how much it would cost to get me 85 att,srt and def on my account, and 89-99 Str on my friends account. We came to an agreement that it would total to 35m. He asked me to pay it up front at first, but I denied. I said I would pay 20m up front and then 15m when the service was complete. I added him on skype and msn, and we continued to talk it over. I traded him the 20m from my account (Hanahan) to his account (Heinerick). HE sent me a PM on sythe to confirm the payment.

I asked when he would start and he said tommorow. So, as any person would do, I waited until the next day. I logged onto skype and he said his computer broke down and he was getting a new one in 5 days (Sunday).

I started to think something fishy was going on at this point, but nevertheless I waited it out. When sunday came around, he said he had gotten his computer and was ready to start for real. I told him that when I wake up on monday, I expected to see some progress via the Hiscores.

Monday morning came rolling around now. Nothing had happened yet. This is when I get upset and messaged him on sythe and skype asking for a refund of my payment because nothing was getting done. I havent heard from him sense, but I know he has been online on sythe. (I was stalking his profile all day). He came online twice.

I then proceeded to contact a user names Pepsi Freshh who said that he was going to order from kvatan723 as well, but didnt pay yet. We had a nice conversation about how I thought he was scamming me, and so Pepsi decided to keep messaging kvatan723 (without paying) to see if he could find out any more information about the subject. Sure enough, kvatan723 messaged him moments after he logged in the second time asking for a payment up front. Just like he did with me. I dont know how many people he has scammed in the past, but enough is enough. ITs time for him to get what he deserves, a ban.
