I can sell to you, but currently; my PayPal is limited. Is there a way you can do other payment methods? (i.e Moneybookers, Liberty Reserve, Alertpay, etc.)

 

Unfortunately, PayPal is the only method of payment available to me, and I know almost every internet payment method takes a few days to set up (bank confirmation and such). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Not particularly. The wonderful thing about this site is that you can exchange currencies. So, lets say if I wanted Libery Reserve, you can pay someone off of PayPal to pay you in LR.
