If a mod requires him to take proof of his paypal balance i guarantee he won't be able to. Notice in the pictures how he laughs at .65/M then comes back and and says he will pay it. It's so obvious by his recent posts/threads that he's just looking for a big scam.

 

Debated about this for over half an hour. Decided to ban as a precaution. Will get in contact with him on MSN when I can in order to investigate this more thoroughly.
