    Rs_4_sale is a scammer!

    Link to scammer's Sythe profile:

    Briefly explain the trade:

He wanted 1m diablo 3 gold for $35 and asked me to go first. I thought I'd be nice to go first as a good gesture to the community since I'm a newcomer.

    How they scammed:
After we've exchanged battle tags I join his game.
After some small talk I trade Rs_4_sale (birdy).
He asks me if I can't make it cheaper. I don't like to talk about such things while in game so I reply to him via the forums (see screenshots below).
As you can see I told him no. He says he's gonna look for a better deal and accepts anyway, leaves the game and removes me from his friendlist.
I PMed him on the forum again that I'd like my 1kk back but as expected no response.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:
See the screenshot below where he sends me his battletag via PM

    Trade screenshots:

    1. Here you can see Rs_4_sale reply in my thread showing interest (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1406993)

    2. Here I walk around with 1,6m in my pocket
    [IMG]

    3. Here I accepted the friend invite, Rs_4_sale (birdy) comes online and we start talking a little smalltalk
    [IMG]

    4. Small talk continues and eventually the I trade him and Im ready to give him 1m (the trade is not on the screen, screenshots were taken after the trade).

    5. Then Rs_4_sale (birdy) asks me if its definitely $35 dollars and I replied to him via forums because I don't like discussing this in game (see screenshot 9,10,11). He read the message, he tells me he'll wait for a better deal but accepts the trade anyway.

    6. Here you can see that Rs_4_sale (birdy) leaves the game afterwards.

    7. And Rs_4_sale (birdy) removed me from his friend list (hence the "Add friend" option).

    8. This screenshot I took later to show you I got a friend request from Rs_4_sale (birdy). I accept, he comes online.
Also, you can see I only have 600k left instead of 1,6m.

    9. PM conversation between Rs_4_sale and I

    10. PM conversation between Rs_4_sale and I again, this time zoomed out a little so you can see the conversation order.

    11. Here I made things more readable by adding colors and some ingame dialogue from the other screenshots.

Kinda sucked, I was trying to be nice by going first and then this happens. Good thing I didn't trade him the 1,6kk all at once.

I should have aborted the trade when he started doubting, rookie mistake I guess. But it's still a scam nevertheless.

I hope I've given enough proof like this. I could make a video of the PM conversation assuring it's not edited through html if necessary.

    Thanks in Advance!
