I dont know the highest bid atm so i'll drop 750$ WU. And is that 8 gigs of ram or just 1 4.

The hard disk drive(The part that windows OS gets installed on/other programs/etc) does NOT come with the computer. So you will need to buy your own HDD(Hard disk drive)
And it is 2 sticks of 4gb ram, so it's a total of 8gb ram.
