just some evidence in my defence incase im accused

so here's what happened for those who don't wanna read the whole thing (but please do, it took me a LONG TIME to upload this shit).

i offer to buy his maxed gs pure
i ask to meet him in-game
he shows up as a lvl 53
i ask to see the account that i'm purchasing
he logs in
i ask if there is email or recovs and he says no
i tell him that i'm not going first to someone with no vouches
i ask to use a mm and offer to find one
he says okay but still insists we don't so it'll go faster
he says he'll go first after i show him my vouches
he tells me to have the trade window open and accepted so that the trade can be fast (if you're selling your maxed pure wouldn't you wanna make sure it goes well rather than fast? take some time in selling it like you took time in making it)
he gives me pw
i log in and see that there is recovs AND email set, unlike what he had told me
i tell him that i'm not paying until the recov info is mine
i offer him a deal: keep pw the same, change email to mine, request new recovs (takes 14 days) and if all changes go through successfully in 14 days, he gets his cash.
he accepts deal
i give him my phone # and personal email
i ask him to change email
he hesitates and drags his feet delaying the process even though he said he wanted a "fast trade"
he finally changes email
(somewhere along here i changed the pass to a generic pw but i truly don't remember doing so)
he asks if i can give him 10m now and 30m when the recovs set
i say no and he decides that he wants to back out (i'm totally fine with it)
i tell him that the pw is the same but realize that i actually changed it and give him the pw i changed it to
i change the email back to his email of choice
he insists that i didn't change it
he says that i have full control so i check to see if i can still log in-- "your account has not logged out from it's previous session"
(at this point i have no idea why he still is pestering me. he clearly has the account back so i stop talking to him)
......
i get on my questing thread to check for customers and he has posted "give me back my account scammer" and that shit hurts rep which pissed me off so i posted all of these fucking pictures taking about 45 minutes just to prove that i am not a scammer.
........
as i'm typing this guess who just logged in on RS?... yup he just logged in.

Seems like he lied to you about the account and he even suggested NOT to use a MM. He sounds very suspicious, I would file a scammer report as you have all the MSN screen-shots, you would need to provide proof it's his email though. Make sure you read the stickies in the report a scammer section before posting a report.
