Banned for "recovering account"

As I clearly stated I never recovered that account, I tried to contact him on MSN and trought PM but he do not reply me... I was going to refund him or recover the account for him. Why would I scam for a 10M rsgp worth like 6-7 Dollars? I can give the 10M back or either recover the account for him. It's up to him, was going to say that for him but he never replied me nor contacted me after this "Lost/hacked password" issue... I feel sorry about this but this isn't my fault at all. As I said, I can and will refund him the 10M or willing to recover the account for him. Please give me a shot about this issue. contact me on anything about this: [email protected]
And in my torso service 2 guys did trust me with +100M bank etc and I did not touch a single coin. Well why would I scam for 10M then?
