I think he means he is only selling the account with the name on, not the name alone AKA transferring. If he is only selling the account I doubt he would place it at Name Sales, who knows.

 

He clearly says he's only selling the account, but why would he post on the names section then?
He's probably selling the name, but wants to keep the account, else this doesn't make sense.

Can you prove you're the original owner and not just the owner of the account? You say you recovered the account, which makes me nervous.. Makes me think you recovered it by hi-jacking and not just recovered it back from when you created it.
