Dream_Weaver = MAJOR SCAMMER, scammed 3 santa hats

I wasn't involved in this trade but I know how it feels to get scammed so I felt like helping out with the scam report. I noticed bloodbath34 was missing a few really important details in his post so I've added some things in.

Dream_Weaver scammed bloodbath34 for 3 Santas.
