banned for reporting a scammer ?

All i asked is to fix this kid which are begning for free vouches and scammed me and trying to fix a story that i'm someone else and i get ban for this ?
Did i do anything wrong or what ?
Did u ever ip check on me or show me what i have do wrong ?
Do ur re-search please and remove my ban asap.

The pictures he provided were enough proof, you're ban evading, go away.

You're even using a proxy right now! come back on your actual IP and I may have the tiniest speck of time to deal with such claims, other than that, you're guilty and will remain banned.
