    Just moments ago, the user "Xempes" asked me to MM a trade between him and the user "chic_raw". The trade was 374m RSGP for $224 Paypal. The trade fell through when chic_raw told us the following:

    Having meddled with my fair share of potential scammers, I decided to look into his previous posts to see if any similar situations arose, and sure enough, they did.

    On October 19th, over 2 weeks ago, chic_raw posted the following on a gold-buying topic:

    The response?

    And after speaking with Punkerpunk13 about the trade (He was the MM) he told me the following;

    It's pretty evident what he's doing. Waiting for people to go first to him so that he can scam the RSGP. When the other party opts for an MM/OMM, he strings them along and then feeds a BS excuse to them as to why he can't go forth with the trade.

    Imo this warrants a pre-meditated ban before the user successfully scams someone, but I'd AT LEAST expect a TwC if the moderator who looks this over feels a Perm is too harsh.

    Thanks for your time & looking forward to the results,

    Snow Patrol
