dispute ban from graphics section

  I was banned from the graphics section for "ripping" graphics.

  However, the "ripping" that kinaesthic claimed to be ripping was using lighting effects from a psd pack that i purchased. The thing is, I purchased the graphics pack,

  "(f) You may use the Work in a work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client who has asked you to create it."
  
  "For example, you may incorporate the Work, such as a graphic, in a brochure you design for your client. An unlimited number of copies of the brochure incorporating the Work may be made but the Work cannot be incorporated in any other application."
  
  According to this, I was allowed to incorporate the lighting effects inside of my art. As long as it was not resold afterwards, it was fine.
  
  I feel my ban from the graphics section was unjust.

  1. if this is considered ripping graphics, then so should be using commercial fonts on dafont.com. dafont.com has many fonts which don't allow others to use them commercially, which means that that should be considered not allowed also
  2. if this is considered ripping graphics, then so should be adding ANY sort of runescape item, such as a partyhat, as technically it belongs to Jagex LTD. All graphic artists who use runescape items should be banned from the graphics section
  3. ^read above, other items such as logos or objects that belong to a company is considered ripping graphics as well.
  4. most renders and stuff from places like planetrenders.net that say cannot be used for commercial purposes cannot be used.
  5. I PAID for this pack, and 2 others. the extended license is for companies
  6. kinaesthic's argument about him using the commercial fonts is that he says that "i'm allowed to use them, because many of the font creators aren't active anymore, and i am not a company." if that's the case, i'm not a company either. based on the rules of graphicsriver, i have FULL RIGHTS to use these awesomizers in my graphics (regular license)

According to that site, you need an extended license to be able to sell the GFX. Which you didnt have, if you kept it for personal use then it would have been fine.

Ban will remain.
