Briefly explain the trade:
I was trying to buy a membership upgrade from this user. He looked trustworthy, and has about 30 vouches. Of course I know this never is enough, but still. So I was buying a 30 day upgrade from him for 10m RSGP. The upgrade was in the form of a Runescape Game Card. He was letting me apply the code. So I thought it was alright to go first, and traded him the 10m in game. Then he passed me a code, which I tried to use, but it said the code was incorrect. He sent me a slightly different code, but still, it was incorrect. He was acting like this could not be right, and told me he was going to pay the 10m back. After that had been said he all of a sudden got 'connection problems' and went offline (we were talking through msn). I got a hold of him the day after, and he still said he was going to pay me back, but again; he went offline. And up until now, I have not heard anything from him yet. I've also sent him a few PM's, but of course: no reply.

The user hasn't be on since the 1st. I guess we leave it opened for a couple more days.

 

I personally feel the offender should be banned until he repays. Doesn't seem fair for him to still be unbanned in my opinion. It's your report though, so I'll let you make the decision.

Edit: Meh just looked. Neither of them have been active since the 1st.

 

I'm sorry that I have not been active the past few days/weeks. The reason for this is that I quit runescape. I only returned now to post this: airforceducky has not been online on msn yet, has not returned any of my PM's yet. And in my personal opinion: does not have any intention of paying me back. Now, I don't really care about the money anymore, but I felt that for your community I should make this post. I don't know how to prove to you that I could not contact airforceducky through msn, or any other way. The decision is up to you guys.
