The funny thing is, Summer decided, hey I want to buy 20m MORE after purchasing from this "Allgoods" guy

This thread has someone complaining about how he got scammed, yet had not enough proof, which is possible, considering new people (like me) wouldn't know all the exact steps to getting someone banned for scamming.
