Upgrade Bud is a scammer!

Briefly explain the trade: says he is selling his last upgrade, he obviously came to sythe to sell all his upgrades and then when he sold them all, scam the last one and get outta here.
How they scammed: I went first, gave 9 mill, he changed my user and pass and probably took all my cash and logged outta msn.
